Surestay Hotel By Best Western Ontario Airport, Ontario

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small but came with great amenities like a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, and iron. However, I found a bear-shaped towel on the bed which was a nice touch. The housekeeping team did a good job. Unfortunately, there were some noise disturbances from construction work outside that impacted the overall experience. I also had an issue with fleas or bed bugs in the room, which made us leave abruptly, feeling unsafe. The location was convenient, close to Monument Valley and other shopping areas. The dining options were varied and tasty, although the service was a bit lacking in terms of security. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, and it was a decent experience.
